These terms apply when you use simpletravelplans.com. By using the website, you agree to them. Please read them, they are short.

Travel information

Our guides and plans give general travel information. We work hard to keep them as accurate and up to date as we can, but everything is provided "as is". Prices, timetables, ferry and bus times and opening hours change, sometimes at short notice. Please always check the official sources, such as the ferry or bus company, the park or the tourist board, before you travel.

Tours and bookings

We don't sell or operate tours. When you book a tour through one of our links, the booking is a contract between you and Viator or the tour operator, under their terms and conditions (see Viator’s terms). Questions about a booking, payment, changes or refunds go to Viator or the operator.

Affiliate disclosure

Some tour links are affiliate links: if you book, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The price you pay stays the same. This income helps us keep the website and the free plan free. We mark affiliate links near the tours, and you can read more in our affiliate disclosure.

Other websites

We link to other websites, such as Viator, transport companies and tourist boards. We don't control them and we are not responsible for their content, prices, availability or privacy practices.

Your own judgement

You travel at your own risk. Please use your own judgement, check local conditions and weather, and follow official advice. We recommend good travel insurance for every trip.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Simple Travel Plans is not liable for losses or costs that come from using the information on this website, from changes made by transport companies or other providers, or from third-party websites and bookings.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law. This includes liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and your mandatory rights as a consumer.

The texts, plans, design and logo on this website are copyright of Simple Travel Plans. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't copy our content without permission. Some photos belong to other photographers and are used under their licences, with credits as listed on our About page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
